This was our second experience with Monica and we could not be happier! She is an absolute gem, knowledgeable and efficient while providing a welcoming atmosphere. We will absolutely visit her for future needs! Stacy was wonderful providing multiple options for accessories and assisting in looking up our account. He too made the atmosphere welcoming and stress free!

As we are preparing to redecorate my granddaughter’s room, we went to this location to make a purchase. As she climbed on the bunk bed the manager was very rude in the way she stated “ don’t climb on the bed” Now was she ok in stating that? Yes, however there was nothing posted not to climb on the bed and the aggressive tone she used was not warranted. I believe in following rules and instructions when I am aware of them. I am taking my money somewhere else today to purchase furniture.

You are not getting reviews on this platform in part because it requires password access. Monica was a wonderful help to us in the store. We look forward to our sons new bedroom set, which will take a month to arrive. There are additional fees, such as a steep delivery charge. But we enjoyed the experience.

Get a fantastic price at the Rooms To Go Kids Sale event through the end of the month. This is our third Bedroom Set at this location. See Monica Green, she is fantastic, knowledgeable, customer service oriented and you feel that you have a shopping experience without pressure. The first two Bedroom Sets lasted over 20 years when we bought it for our children. Downsizing and updating. Great Quality and you can’t beat the prize. I hope you enjoy as much as we did.
